The unrelenting assaults of corporate centered gentrification and over-leverage luxury residential and commercial developments have driven out thousands of local residents and hundreds of small businesses. Legal service agencies due to limited funding are unable to provide desperate needed services to HarlemÕs overwhelmingly indigent population. Many turn to our door for services and help.
